PE 9 P:1 D:2
So far in the past couple weeks i have dropped my fitness level. Im am going to push myself to my imit until I have nothing left, I wanna be as fit as I was about a couple of months ago. I am gonna be going alot harder than i did before and be more vocal and make myself sweat every fitness block every day

work habits
So far in this course I have been showing progress not as mch as I should be I should be able to do every activity well and clean so I am trying. my work habits are well I help others with their problems and the others trying to stay focused on what activity they are particpating in. I have shown the wel work habits but not so much for myself, I have to work harder and go further. By pushing myself til there's nothing left, and keep pushing until muscle failure.
